The BaackPaack is a group of friends who all have a common interest in health and wellness and the desire to better themselves. It started out from a simple idea, a group of individuals who saw that they have the potential to accomplish things that they never thought possible. Many came from a place of being afraid to think that they had internal power the could accomplish great things. Either they had never had the support in the past, or physical barriers (weight / health) to accomplishing their dreams. The missing link was community, the association, of like minded individuals who were there to support each other and their “crazy fitness” ideas. A group that now supports the notion that “crazy isn’t so far from normal” when it comes to pushing one selves physically & mentally in accomplishing something once thought impossible.
The BaackPaack is focused around support and promoting change, both physical and emotional, in order for one to realize what they truly can accomplish in their life.
I look forward to sharing some of the amazing and “crazy” stories from many of the BaackPaacker’s in the months to come. Our hope is that our stories speak to you and motivate you to start, restart, or continue on your own journey to your health and fitness goals.
